Hey, where is my stuff?

Generally, all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed (unless there are major holidays and large releases), and then shipped via USPS or EMS, DHL. After creating a shipping label for your order, you will receive an additional email to confirm your shipping and tracking number.

Hey, where is my international order?

After the order is shipped, the tracking number provided by USPS or EMS or DHL will be forwarded to you. It may take 5-10 days for the goods to arrive (sometimes even longer). We have 3 warehouses in the United States, located in East, West, and Central. A warehouse in the UK and a warehouse in Japan. So the goods can reach your hands very quickly.

If you still have problems, we recommend that you contact your local post office and ask them. We do not offer refunds or returns for any international orders that are lost or returned (we can provide free resends)!

Why does my local post office tell me I owe them money?

All international orders are subject to tariffs and duties determined by the respective receiving country. Possible customs fees are not included in the international shipping price and it is your responsibility (the buyer).

Help! How do I return an order?

We only accept returns that are not worn or washed and remain in their original condition for no more than 30 days from the date of return!

If the size you ordered is not suitable, or you are not satisfied with the order, you are welcome to change it to another size or other products of equivalent value. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is requested, the original shipping cost is not included.

Is the product warranty?
Yes, the warranty period is 90 days from the date of receipt.

Is it safe to process payments through you? Do you have access to my credit card details?
We work with only the top secured POS systems. There is no point where we have access to customer's personal data or where that data might potentially be compromised. All data is processed encrypted via our POS systems.
